"Dealing with some dead spots in my home, I decided to hardwire direct runs using the ethernet cables my builder had run. Just couldnt figure why i couldnt get internet. Reached out to Nate. Nate responded quickly and provided me with extremely fast service. In less than an hour, he had diagnosed the problem. (Incorrect wiring by the guy who ran the original wiring) and a user error (me). Nate provides a great service and i highly recommend him. "Very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Contracted to do a new home setup server/ internet rack. Also installed a camera doorbell and a few cameras around my house. Cleaned, fixed and organized a lot of ethernet wires that were not wired/ terminated correctly. Was flexible with his time and was nice to work with. He came out, looked at everything and gave us a prompt quote with several options. We chose to have him set everything up and maintain our network. The dead zones we battled for years are now gone, and the reliability of the network has been perfect. As for managing the new network, it is very easy and the tools available actually helped me to identify a problem with our Xbox that was originally thought to be a network issue. Since that issue was remedied there has been nothing but perfect performance from the Xbox. I would not have been able to figure out the issue without the data available through the console provided by Nate's solution.
